refund policy. A commissioner may receive a full refund during the sketching phase and the line art phase. Once coloring has begun, commissioners are no longer eligible for a refund. The commissioner has no claim to a refunded piece.

all edits to the commission must be requested during the sketching phase. I'll happily discuss any changes (changed limb positions, facial expressions, etc..) during the sketching phase.

color correction may be requested. Due to my slight color blindness, I will happily edit hue values of a piece.

WIP shots are provided at all stages And at the commissioner's request.

A commissioner has 31 days to respond after commission completion. If a commissioner fails to do so, your commission will be considered void. The piece will no longer be completed, and refunds will not be available.

I, the artist, retain rights to my original work. The commissioner is free to use commissioned work for personal use / wherever they wish, but credit must be given. Do not crop my signature out or claim my art as your own.

I reserve the right to post commissioned work on my social media and as commission examples.

any characters portrayed in commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owner.

all commissioned work is for personal, noncommercial use only. Prints/stickers and other physical goods must be purchased for personal use only. You may not use my work, including linework and sketch phases, as a YCH or a template for your own commissions.

the commissioner may edit their final piece in any way Editing colors, updating designs, etc. Is all perfectly fine- as long as my signature is clear and in-tact.
